According to reports, the standard train to achieve the key components of autonomy, generalization of parts, component modularity, system integration, functional configuration, vehicle standardization, etc., the key core technology research has made a major breakthrough, the car body, bogie and other key systems to fully adopt the Chinese standard, bearings, coupling joints, chips, high and low-voltage electrical components, such as 28 key components to achieve autonomy, and significantly reduce the cost of train maintenance, operation and maintenance costs, to help the industry scale up and industry standardization. In addition, the standard train adopts permanent magnet traction system and comprehensive energy-saving control technology, which saves more than 15% energy compared with traditional asynchronous traction system; adopts lightweight high-frequency auxiliary reversing system, which reduces the weight of each train by more than 600 kilograms and further reduces the operational energy consumption; the train air conditioner has the function of air purification and virus elimination, which enhances the air quality of the passenger compartment and creates a green train.
